Specmaflex spiral wound gaskets consists of a sealing element made of a profiled steel strip which is spiral wound with a strip of soft filler and spot welded inside and out.

Climate impact
We have conducted a life cycle assessment based on the ISO 14040 and 14044 standards in order to evaluate the climate impact of our stocked 2” and 10” FSP4. The system boundary for the studied processes is from cradle to grave, including all emissions and uptakes from raw material procurement to manufacturing, installation, use and end of life. The data collected represents the year 2023.
